Clean Slate Mobile Detailing - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Clean Slate Mobile Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Venmo - PayPal - Zelle - Credit/Debit Cards - Cash (in person)
We do not accept checks under any circumstances.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling must also be done at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
4. Service Location Requirements
- We are a mobile service and require:
- A safe, legal place to park and work.
- Access to your vehicle at the scheduled time.
- Notification if the vehicle will be in a garage, parking structure, or otherwise restricted area.
5. Condition of Vehicle
- Prices and time estimates are based on the average condition of vehicles.
- Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other factors may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before service begins.
6. Liability
- Clean Slate Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle's surfaces, paint, trim, or interior.
- Customers are responsible for securing all personal items before service.
- We take all necessary precautions but are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, customer no-shows, or restricted access.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We aim to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- If there is any issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can make it right.
8. Photos & Media
- We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for promotional and documentation purposes.
- If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
9. Agreement
By booking a service with Clean Slate Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
